POS & ERP resellers, integrators
You sell the till and the books. marql adds the analytics layer your clients ask about and that you were never going to build yourself.
Partner program · EU, UK and new regions
You bring the client, onboard them and run first-line support. marql invoices the client, and you earn 30–40% of every payment actually collected for as long as you stay the partner of record. Pass us a lead instead of working it and you earn 20% for 12 months.

Who this is for
What they have in common is access, not size: you already talk to retail and HoReCa owners about their numbers. Fifty clients or your first one, the program works the same way.
You sell the till and the books. marql adds the analytics layer your clients ask about and that you were never going to build yourself.
You answer "why did margin drop" by hand every month. Sell the answer as a product instead of assembling it in a spreadsheet.
One verified scorecard per unit instead of self-reported forms, plus a recurring share across the whole network you already bring together.
The economics
Your rate follows how much of the deal you do, and it applies to every payment the client makes, not just the first one. These are the standard rates; your agreement fixes yours in writing.
| Your role in the deal | Share of collected payments | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Referral: you bring the lead, marql closes and supports | 20% | 12 months |
| marql lead handed to you: you close, onboard and support | 30% | while you stay the active partner |
| Your lead end-to-end: you source, close, onboard and support | 40% | while you stay the active partner |
How to work it out
client's monthly bill × your rate = your monthly share
Run your own numbers
Your role in the deal
Illustrative, at list price. Commission accrues on payments actually collected, so an unpaid invoice never earns anything. Large networks are quoted after a scoping review, so check the number with us before it goes into a proposal.
Client price: €200 per location a month, dropping to €185 from the 10th location and €160 from the 30th. See client pricing →
Six fields, about two minutes. We reply within two business days with a link to book the fit call.

What you get
Personalised links for lead attribution, deal registration, your client list with each client's rate, monthly statements and self-billing PDFs.
Switch your own account to demo data and run a live demo in front of a client. You do not have to request a sandbox or invent numbers.
Retail and HoReCa scenarios, a pitch script that works on owners, and the objections we have already heard with the answers that worked.
Joint materials, campaign assets you can put your name on, and your own logo on our partner page once your first client is live.
English, Romanian and Bulgarian across product and collateral, with other languages built where a partner brings the market.
A clear split of what you handle and what comes to us, written down before your first client goes live, so you are never guessing what you signed up for.
Deal protection
Every reseller wants to know whether the vendor will eventually go around them. These are the terms that answer it.
Register a lead in the portal and it's protected, with status and expiry visible to you at all times.
Your rate stays attached to that client for as long as you're the active partner, not for a 30-day attribution window.
You never carry the receivable, chase the payment or take the credit risk for someone else's cash flow.
A refund or chargeback is a negative adjustment on your next statement, not a bill we send you.
The rates on this page are the standard ones. Your agreement fixes yours, and the portal shows the exact rate on every client, so you never have to ask what a deal pays.
Partner FAQ
Monthly. Commission entries accrue during the month, are approved once the refund window has passed, and are paid within 15 days of month close against a self-billing statement you can download as a PDF. Balances under €100 roll over to the next month.
Nothing accrues. Commission is calculated on cash actually collected, so an unpaid or overdue invoice never becomes a commission entry, and it never becomes a debt you have to settle later.
No. Implementation, integration, training and any advisory work you sell around marql is yours in full. We take no share of your services revenue and we don't set your rates for it.
Not while your registration is live, and not while you're the active partner of record on that client. Registration protects the deal on the way in, and partner of record protects it after it closes. We invoice the client, but the relationship is yours.
Referral commission runs for 12 months regardless. The 30% and 40% rates are tied to you remaining the active partner, the one who onboards the client and runs first-line support. If you stop doing that work, the rate stops with it.
You run first-line support: questions about numbers, usage and day-to-day operation. We handle the product, connectors, incidents and anything that needs engineering. The split is written down before your first client goes live, not improvised case by case.
Most partners sell in the EU and the UK, and that is where we are strongest today. marql depends on the client's POS and accounting systems rather than on a country, so we open new regions with the partners who bring them. Client data stays hosted in the EU wherever the client operates, and your agreement names the region you're building.
€200 a month per location for the first nine, €185 for locations 10 to 29, and €160 for locations 30 to 49 — each rate applies only to the locations in its band, so a 30-location network pays €5,660. From 50 locations we quote after a stack review. There are no plans to choose and no per-seat charge, so the client's whole team is included.
Usually yes. A dashboard shows that margin moved; it does not say why. An owner with reporting in place still asks which store, which category and which week, and then asks someone to go and find out. That question is what marql answers, so the pitch is not "replace your reporting" but "stop paying someone to interpret it".
No. Onboarding is connecting read-only access to the client's POS and accounting. Standard connectors need no development work. If a client runs something unusual, we run a setup review first to confirm the connection path and the fields available, and we tell you what is possible before you commit to a date.
