An AI team for your stores, one KPI per employee.

Six roles cover supply, store operations, marketing, category and finance, plus an operations director who ranks the others' work. Each morning they read sales, stock and costs for the stores you assign and prepare proposals and drafts, with the reason written next to each one. Every employee starts as an advisor, and only the owner or COO can give it more authority.

How a piece of work reaches you.

Every employee hands its work over in the same format, whether it is a store order or a note on supplier costs.

It reads the data at 06:00

Each employee reads sales, stock and costs for the stores it covers and picks out what its process needs today.

Facts

Each proposal lists the facts it rests on. Every number carries its source, when it was last updated and the rule that calculated it.

Your decision

You accept it, reject it with a reason, or talk it through before deciding. If two employees propose things that clash, you see the conflict first.

Result

The employee first checks that the work was done, for example that the order shows up in your ERP. Only then does it look at how the KPI moved compared with control stores.

Authority goes up one level at a time.

  1. L0

    Observes

Works in the background and shows nothing yet.

  2. L1

    Advises

Proposes and gives its reasons. A person decides and acts.

  3. L2

    Prepares

Prepares a draft, such as an order, a promo plan or a store task. A person approves it and enters it.

  4. L3

    Executes after confirmation

After one confirmation from a person, the document goes into your ERP.

Opens after 4 weeks of drafts with few corrections and a passed exam on a retail simulator. Needs e:corg 2.0 as your ERP.

  5. L4

    Executes within limits

Works inside a budget and rules you set. Anything outside them comes back to you.

Needs the same exam and a budget you set.

Levels are set for each type of action, so one employee can prepare store orders while it only advises on vendor orders. Only the owner or COO raises a level, one step at a time. After three guardrail breaches in a row the level drops by one automatically, and stale data puts an employee back to advising.

Six employees, each with one KPI.

Hire only the roles you need and choose which stores each one covers. Each has one KPI and a short list of guardrails, the numbers it must not damage while improving it.

What they never do.

These limits apply at every level.

  • No employee can raise its own level.

Only the owner or COO can, one level at a time, and the reason is kept in the history.

  • Employees read your POS and accounting data and never change it.

With e:corg 2.0 as your ERP, e:corg itself creates a document once it is confirmed. With any other ERP the employee prepares the document and your team enters it.

  • The AI finance manager does not post entries, make payments or change prices.

The most it can do is write a note for the owner.

  • The AI marketer does not send campaigns.

It drafts win-back messages only for customers who have agreed to hear from you, and a person sends them. It can suggest prices but never changes one.

  • The AI operations director does not write to your ERP or change anyone's level.

Its job is to rank what you should decide first and to settle conflicts between employees.

  • Tasks for a store go to that store, and the store manager accepts or rejects them.

Questions about AI employees

No. They do the morning checking and drafting: days of cover, store orders, the promo plan, items sold below cost. Your team still makes the decisions, and only the owner or COO decides how much an employee may do.

Only at a level you have granted it, and only through an ERP that accepts documents. Every employee starts as an advisor, and the executing levels open only after a passed exam on a retail simulator. With e:corg 2.0 a confirmed order is then created in e:corg itself. With other ERPs the employee prepares the document and your team enters it.

Only the owner or the COO. They raise a level one step at a time, separately for each type of action, and the reason is kept in the history. Any employee can be paused immediately.

About one store in five is kept as a control store, where the employee only advises, and its KPI is compared between the two groups. A network of five stores or more gets a control group, and an effect in euros needs at least three control stores. Each month a report card shows what the employee prepared, what your team did with it and how the KPI moved.

No. Order quantities and other numbers come from fixed, deterministic rules. The language model explains them and answers your follow-up questions in chat or by voice.

Sales and stock from your POS or ERP. The finance and category roles also need costs. If data is missing or out of date, the employee goes back to advising and tells you why.

Yes. Hire the roles you need and choose the stores each one covers. If you are unsure where to begin, the AI supply employee works on store orders, which come up every day.
