Each band's rate applies only to the locations inside it, the way a tax bracket works. The first nine locations are €200 each, locations 10 to 29 are €185 each, and locations 30 to 49 are €160 each. A network of 30 locations pays €5,660 a month — €189 per location on average — not 30 × €160.

Yes. Billing syncs to your active location count each month. Add a location and it is charged at the rate for its band. Remove one and the total drops. No plan upgrades, no renegotiation.
